2013 Nissan Versa

[I have this 2013 Nissan Versa for sale. I bought a new daily and I can't keep both. Reliable no check engine light smog has been done and tags paid for. Car has 121k miles it is clean title car and it is manual transmission. Tires are brand new as well, price is negotiable. The only cons is the ac isn't cold and heater isn't working either. AC just went out a few weeks ago and it looks like its the ac compressor is out just no time to replace before I sell it.
