[Selling my 2002 Tacoma PreRunner. This is the 3.4L V6 (5VZ-FE) with the TRD Off-Road package (rear locking differential, 16" alloys, and the beefier suspension setup). It's been a great truck for me; I'm only selling because I'm moving to a same-era Tundra. The basics: California truck its whole life—frame is clean, see undercarriage photos. I have service records going back the 7+ years that I have owned it. - Recent front end refresh: ball joints (upper & lower), steering rack, tie rod ends, springs, shocks. - Timing belt and water pump done at 193k. Everything works: A/C cold, all windows functional, no warning lights, starts right up. I would confidently let my mother drive it cross-country tomorrow. Condition: Cosmetically it's a 23-year-old truck that's been used but not abused. Paint is decent, minor wear inside, nothing broken or missing. Only accident on record is a deer strike in 2019. Bumper, headlight, fender, and trim were replaced—no frame, engine, or driveline involvement, and no issues since. One quirk: Finicky when filling gas (pump slowly or flip the nozzle). Known evap system issue on these trucks. I've just lived with it. Camping setup: Locking high-rise camper shell, custom bed platform with pad, solar panel.
