2008 Kia Sportage 4x4 - 150k Miles - Runs Good - TRADES PLEASE

[For sale is my 2008 Kia Sportage V6 4 wheel drive Automatic with 150,000 Original Miles and Clean Title. It runs great all around, besides a few little issues that only happened on trips to Southern California. I don't want to sell, but I have 4 cars and need to sell all of them as I own a solar business and need a professional looking truck / work car, as the engine in my 2016 Subaru Forester just blew a head gasket and I don't have money to fix. (That is also for sale.) It was my sister's car for college in Oregon, so it still has Oregon plates that say 2020. However, I registered it in California, got it smogged but the catalytic converter didn't have a sticker, SO, I had to bring it to the California BAR referee to get the catalytic converter approved, which it was approved, but there was smog issue so he didn't pass it. BUT, it passed smog before that at a smog place and I have that paper. It has brand new front and rear brake pads and rotors. I did regular oil changes. It was mostly commuting miles plus one trip to LA each month. ISSUE: Complicated Smog / Registration Issue BUT IT PASSED SMOG 6 MONTHS AGO AND CATALYTIC CONVERTER HAS BEEN CA APPROVED Like I said, I own a little startup solar install & services business, a handyman business, and I'm an expert electrician. I've done 100+ main electrical panel upgrades. So I'm extremely busy with building my company and managing properties, so I'm drained of money and don't have time to deal with the Kia anymore. I WOULD PREFER TO WORK OUT SOME TYPE OF TRADE: THE 2008 KIA SPORTAGE + MY SOLAR OR ELECTRICAL SERVICES or THE KIA SPORTAGE + FLOWERS or I have a lot of tools, I'm a personal fitness trainer, life coach, addiction specialist, if you have a car you don't drive or you need a solid 4 wheel drive vehicle that gets good gas mileage or if you have home renovation needs, a high PGE bill, an old solar system or need any residential electrical work done, I think we could figure out a barter that benefits us both.
