2002 Lexus ES 300 low miles, beautiful sedan just registered/smog'd

[Great car that has been primarily maintained by the Lexus dealership for years, beautiful interior, (no kids) adult driven, power all, moon roof, cold ac, newer tires, brakes and rotors, newer radiator and hoses, timing belt already done and much more with all receipts, runs great, the thin plastic inner fender liners just in front of the tires have come off over the years (pic shown) I was going to have my mechanic put new ones on at my next oil change but that's not for another 3k miles, you can buy both new for about $74 online (pic included) and if inclined put them on yourself? leave them as they are? or have your mechanic put them on at the next oil change, everything works 3 keys and 2 fobs, clean title, no leaks or accidents, registration was just paid so stickers are good until Feb 2027 and it just passed the smog test this month and is good for 2 years, these cars/engines last upwards of 300k miles with very little effort, no longer being driven so it will remain garaged until sold call/text only emails are not received thanks
