[Unfortunately, I have to decide between keeping my 1st Gen Tacoma and this beautiful all original 1987 4runner. I recently acquired this from the original owning family after the original owner had passed away a few years ago. It’s sat for a little while so I went through it completely replacing timing chain cover, along with all gaskets. Most of the hoses and all fluids This is an original paint, interior, engine/transmission example that was well maintained and stored indoors majority of its life. The original single stage paint is in great shape, showing perfect signs of patina on the body lines. RUST FREE underneath and above. This truck is spending the first time of its life on the coast aside from being used inland NorCal its entire life. Dealer receipts, and maintenance records folder Five speed transmission shifts flawlessly along with clutch and four-wheel-drive performing just as they should Replaced recently at 227k miles, all OEM sourced parts Timing cover along with gasket Valve cover gasket with valve adjustment Oil pan gasket along with oil change and filter Marlin Clutch kit Rear differential fluid Power steering belt and fluid Front brakes and brake fluid flush Several vacuum lines and misc hoses I did a seats out full interior detail right when I acquired it. Original glass all around except for windshield and drivers side rear shell window I will be smogging it upon deposit and proof of funds, it passed more than 90 days ago and it will do so again with no issues. Original 1987 plates which are very unlikely to come by. I will be replacing both three tail lights with OEM housings once they arrive. I will have to look in my shed, but I believe I have the original radio with it as well.
