[This is a one owner 1989 Buick Reatta. It sat for many years before I started to refurbish it. The registration is Non-Op with no back fees. It runs but will not pass smog. Appears to be a vacuum leak that I was unable to track down prior to be getting sick. Below is a list of new parts purchased and installed along with the parts that have not been installed yet. Without Registration or Insurance, you can only start it up and drive in underground garage.
