2001 Mazda Protege DX - clean title, 79k original miles

[This car has been our commuter for about a year and a half, purchased from an older lady who didn't drive it much. I bought it with 68k miles and have put around 11k miles on it since we have owned it. Clean title, registered, and smogged. No check engine light or other warning lights. The paint is great for a 25 year old car. Selling cheaper because about 2 months ago it started jerking occasionally while driving. We are still driving it a few times a week, and it is getting us from A to B reliably. The transmission fluid is starting to look brown so it likely needs a transmission flush. We have 2 other cars and a baby on the way, no time to tinker with it. It will need new rear brakes soon as well, they are squealing when pressed hard.
