2000 Subaru Outback

[This car has had 2 previous owners before us. We've kept up on all the basic maintenance on the car. It runs like a dream still. It's a 5 speed manual awd, with 253,068 miles on it. We recently had an oil change done and had all fluid checked. It also has a brand new battery in it. There are a couple of things that need to be replaced, the windshield is cracked, the headlights need to be replaced but the brights still work, and the windshield wipers came unhooked from the motor and you can hear the motor running when you turn them on. We bought the car 3yrs ago for my husband's commuter car. We have it on a non op right now because we didn't want to have to register it, but it passes SMOG and we have all the paperwork to go with with it, including the title. We're asking 2,500 or best offer.
