1986 Honda Accord * NOT RUNNING *

[Honda Accord 1986 with Carburetor ( Mechanic Special ) Mechanic Special , Serious People , Please !!!! My Grandma bought this 1986 accord Brand New and sadly the past 5 years it's been sitting . It needs s new home and someone to just drive it and enjoy......... This 86' Honda Accord has been sitting for 5 years so it needs many things to get it back on the road. This is a list of what would need to be done ? * Doesn't run , it ran perfect when it was parked * One photo has a switch for moonroof ( THERE ISN'T ONE ) * Tires are NO GOOD ( passenger rear won't hold air ) also the hub caps are not stock * The Catalytic converter was stolen * Yes there's a battery in it but it won't start, * Photos show dents around the car , RH fender has small dents * Driver door inside door panel has cracking in vinyl ** see photo** * The interior is plush ( does have fading in rear package tray area ) * YOU WILL HAVE TO SMOG IT , * Yes this 86' has a carburetor ( There is a man in Fremont that rebuilds them still ) * My ex did lower the car , it had custom wheels on it but they were stolen :<( * Title is GOOD , * Just know it needs work and the exterior has dents , * Miles on Honda I believe are 90k , I can confirm if needed * car is located in Fremont at my work , I know someone will have more questions ?
