BMW X5 - XDrive 40i 23k miles great condition for sale by owner

[Hi there. We are selling our X5 and downsizing as kids are going off to college. We have owned this car for almost 3 years and only driven it locally - no long trips. The car is in really nice condition. We haven't had any dogs or small kids in the car. No spills or stains, no accidents and no mechanical or service issues of any kind. Kept in garage and regularly cleaned - we took really good care of the car. All service has been done on schedule at Sterling BWM in Newport Beach, where we purchased the car. Just had an oil change and checkup last week and haven't used it since (other than to get it back home). We can be available to meet most days and evenings if you want to check out the car.
