2012 Kia Soul (Not Running)

[Clean title. Does not start. Needs to be towed. I have a 2012 Kia Soul with the Exclaim trim package and 151,197 original miles. It needs an engine replacement and a Cat replacement as well. It ran well and was a great vehicle until about a month ago. It was my daily driver and has been on plenty of road trips recently. Then it finally stopped turning over about a week ago and gave me hard misfires. The bad cat was confirmed with O2 sensor removal for testing . According to my mechanic, the engine issues are hard to diagnose and not worth fixing on these engines at this mileage, so he recommends a replacement. The engine burns about a quart of oil per thousand miles. That likely clogged up the cat. Other than that its in average cosmetic condition. I loved driving this thing. Good for city driving and road trips. The moonroof is fun. It also has a lot of storage space inside for a small car. No transmission issues. The steering column and front wheel bearings were replaced recently. It will need brake pads soon. The shocks and struts aren't the smoothest either. Cash only. No Zelle, Venmo, etc. It passed smog this past summer and tags are good until August 2026. It was always taken to Valvoline for routine servicing.
