2001 Jeep Cherokee Limited Black

[I purchased in 2017. 2nd Owner. 196,000 miles. I have used it as my daily driver since I owned it. It has a 3” lift and 32” BFG All Terrains. Lots of life left. Comes with 2x full size spares. Smog Checked last April but will redo closer to a sale. 2x Keys & Keyless remote. Remote stopped worked 1-2 years ago. Replaced driver side window front switches last year and motor for driver side window BlueTooth connection to sound system. AC does not blow cold. I’ve tried replacing everything I can without opening up the whole front dash, but that is likely the fix if you want AC. Tailgate gets stuck from time to time. Had to replace the lever 4-5 times. Battery within a year old but if you don’t drive it, it drains and gives you issues in a week or so. A few drips here and there. Turn signal stopped working last year. Replaced the Multi Function Switch but sadly didn’t fix the issue. Hazards and headlights/high beams work. Paint job is showing its age. Roof rusted. A few tears inside on the seats Rubber Mats I love this car. This is my 4th Jeep I’ve owned. Would love to find someone who wants to give it its next 10 years of life. I have purchased a new vehicle so not necessarily in a rush to sell but these trucks like to be driven so don't want it sitting around too much.
