[Selling my 2013 Jeep Patriot Latitude. I’ve owned this vehicle since 2024 and am only selling it to downsize. Mileage is low at 90,221 miles Condition & Maintenance: I just took the car for a comprehensive 120-point inspection at Pep Boys (Jan 8, 2026) The Good: The engine and battery are in great health. There are no warning lights on the dashboard. The rear tires have excellent tread (8/32nd). The Transparent: The inspection noted that the front lower control arms and rear struts are showing wear, and the front brakes will need attention soon. I have the full 4-page report available w/ CarFax for you to review. History: Clean title. The CarFax shows minor cosmetic damage in 2022 (prior to my ownership), which was professionally addressed and does not affect the drive. The last photo is of where this was showing this was fixed.
