2006 Nissan Altima Sedan - smogged, 5 speed, registered, clean title

[Selling my 2006 Altima, it runs and drives great but is pretty ugly cosmetically due to fading paint. Mostly freeway miles by the previous owner, he used it to commute on hwy 50 between Cameron Park and Sacramento. Still drives perfectly fine, the only mechanical issue that I'm aware of is the right side mirror doesn't work and has to be adjusted manually. Clutch is good, engine runs smooth, etc. This is a 5 speed manual, you will need to know how to drive stick shift. It deserves a re-paint or a wrap, but you can drive it as is no problem. I'm located in Sacramento, but I make it out to the East Bay and Davis/Vacaville areas as well. - registered until June 2026 - passed smog 3 weeks ago - clean title in my name - has a tow hitch installed with wiring for lights - tires are pretty new Firm at $2500, cash preferred.
