2007 Lexus IS 250 runs good just passed smog

[2007’Lexus IS250’ 2.5 v6,automatic. Fully loaded,sunroof, leather, back up cam, navigation, heated and cooling seats. Mileage is around 230k. Highway. Full Disclosure -Runs great/smooth-just passed smog emissions - Flaws are as follows paint clear coat peeling in some spots- Registration Expired in Dec 2025 cost to renew is $200-Will also need new struts . But everything else works as it should,no leaks , priced very reasonable at $3950… clean title and smog on hand. Low ball offers will be ignored,we obtained the vehicle through trade work.We will meet in safe public area in Murrieta. Thank you
