2003 Toyota Sienna XLE 158000 miles needs easy fix

[Excellent engine that easily runs to 250k and often 300k with good maintenance. This year is one of the best for that car and they are legendary for their reliability and longevity. All rear seats are on hand and easily put back in place for use. Issue Check engine light is on but I had the problem diagnosed. Reason for light is that last seller replaced the main catalytic converter last year but not the two minor or ‘upper’ ones so oxygen sensor comes on. This is NOT a mechanical issue tho. I was told that to smog this car in California you’ll need to replace these two upper (smaller) cats, otherwise sensor will keep triggering light. New radiator was installed 6 months ago. Might need new front tires and maybe new brake pads but that can wait for a while. This car is beautiful inside with leather seats and loads of extras. (some wear on seats) The exterior is fairly good with some scratches and paint chips but no rust. It’s a great camper, great for tools or great for passengers and it’s a beautiful drive with cruise control, sunroof, electric leather seats etc.
