[Hey Craigslist, I’m selling my 2002 4Runner. I’ve had this car for work and travel, and it’s sad to put it up for sale. I bought it in January 2022 with about ~210K miles on it, and it’s never broken down on me since then. That’s because I’ve been meticulous about addressing repairs and preventative maintenance. She’s been driven to Big Bear multiple times and back, and to the Grand Canyon and back. She’s been my most reliable car, and I have so many memories attached to her, which makes this so much harder. I don’t have receipts for everything I’ve done because I never thought I’d sell it. However, I do have receipts for items I did in the last six months, up until January 15, 2026. The car sale includes: - Ski racks for skis and snowboards - Snow chains Tires are new 10/10 SET for Per Discount Tire Oil changes every 5,000 miles •New catalytic converter: $587.00 - January 15, 2026 •New keys: $75 - January 13, 2026 •New alternator: $200.00 (I think, couldn’t find the receipt) •New battery: $148 - November 6, 2025 •Knock sensor: $127.93 - September 11, 2025 •Valve cover gasket: $44.00 - September 10, 2025 •Ignition coils: $129.00 - September 10, 2025 •Brake pads and rotors: $180.00 - December 2024 Registration is paid for all of 2026, and it’s due next year, January 2027. I also had a smog check done on January 15, 2026.
