Description

[I've had this car in my family since we first bought it in 2003. My dad chose to buy one white corolla and one black corolla. He used the black corolla as his daily commute while the white corolla was for my stay at home Mom. Over the years she barely drove the car, clocking in on average less than 3-4k miles over the last 23 years. When dad passed away in 2013, I was given my Dad's black corolla while mom still had her white corolla. I eventually sold the black corolla and my mom eventually wanted a change, so she bought another car and handed me her white corolla. It has been and will continue to be such a great car (i'm actually sad about giving this car away because I know how its been driven and how long it lasts and how fuel efficient it is - the reason i'm selling the car is because i've had a dream of buying a tesla for a while but decided to save instead; my partner has been pushing me to change up my car). Having peace of mind is so important when picking out a car, let alone a used car. Having an odometer of only a 134k miles on a Toyota corolla is unheard of. It hasn't needed anything other than oil changes and smog checks for us. I also just found out that our specific car was Japanese made and not made in the U.S. Japanese made corolla's are known to be higher quality. Ideal person for this car: A car mechanic's son/daughter who needs a safe and reliable car who appreciates Toyota corollas. Someone who understands that a first time driver shouldn't start off their driving experience with an expensive car that breaks down constantly but a car that is reliable. Disclosures: A. The driver side window falls off its tracks when rolling it down (common) and needs a replacement. Search "window arm replacement for a 2003 toyota corolla" on google. The part is around $40 and their are tons of community videos showing how to replace it. I've credited anyone who will be purchasing this car. B. Toyotas are notoriously known for their rims falling off (I don't know why..) but I have a 4 piece set that I'll give you with the car (It cost me $50 dollars). C. The clock panel stopped working a year or so ago. I found a weird way of having it light up by placing pressure on certain parts of the clock. One day I placed enough pressure to press the clock in. The clock panel was rarely used but that shouldn't cost much to replace if needed. D. The panel were you can store pens (literally have no other uses for them) has a hinge that doesn't keep the panel closed, so it's taped. E. After much time in the sun and surfing (having sand make ), I decided to spray some paint to breathe some newer life to the car. It feels nicer for sure. Again, mechanics have easy access to make this car look nice:) Why is the price 7K? I'm factoring in several things, miles on the car is a huge factor. The cost of repairs are low because of how well supported the model is for parts. Generic parts also work if needed so that creates flexibility for the buyer. The tires were recently replaced. I spent $100 recently cleaning the car to have it prepared. The title is clean. I'm not looking to negotiate price, although if you find anything with the car that you don't like, i'd be happy to credit you by docking dollars off the sale price. I'm happy to work with you. My goal is to sell the car this month, I don't want the car sitting in our neighborhood once my other car arrives.
