[If you are looking for the nicest low mileage 991.2, you have found it. This car was a creampuff when I bought it five months ago from the original owner and now she is simply fabulous. I was planning on keeping it forever, but it's just too small for me... or I'm now to fat for it? I have a new Porsche on order that just passed freeze date. This is a fully documented California car, right down to the special order paperwork at Hoehn Porsche in Carlsbad. Car was always garaged and previously owned by a top prosecutor for the San Diego District Attorney. She passed away from dementia and I bought the car from her husband. The car actually let the family know she was developing dementia because she lighty scuffed the passenger side lower rocker panel under the door. When asked how it happened, she could not remember. The car keys were taken away at that time. Her husband took it to have the surface scratch professionally touched-up, hence the "very minor damage" report on CarFax in 2019 (see attached). Thinking this was my forever car, I spent well over fifty-grand making this a show piece and have the receipts to prove it. Car was totally gone through from head to toe for over a month. There were no issues found, just a slight water pump leak. I had my mechanic do everything possible and everything preventative. Car needs nothing and is a 10 out of 10 mechanically. Car then spent another month at my detailer and paint protection film shop. It is a 9 out of 10 cosmetically. Seriously, people regularly give it compliments. Inspections are welcomed. I am located 45 mins from the San Diego airport. This really is a "no disappointments" car if there ever was one. On a side note, I have sold vehicles over the years to out of state buyers, long distance doesn't scare me as long as you are 100% committed. I am not a dealer or broker. Just an enthusiast who goes in & out of vehicles faster than underwear! This car is much quicker than stock w/the Fabspeed parts, intake work, IPD, etc. upgrades. There is NO tune on car and never was. Car is fast and runs like a rapped ape when asked. Sounds fantastic too! Car is also happy just puttering around town. The drivability and dual personality of this car is amazing. It responded extremely well to the performance upgrades. She also stops on a dime w/the new S big brakes! PASM works perfectly and alignment came out spot on at all four corners (see attached). I have all original parts including the rare color OEM Platinum Satin S rims w/new Cup2 tires + TPMS. Car is currently running OEM cats. I ran it for a while w/Fabspeed high-flow cats and it was a tad loud for my 58 year old ears. No problem passing CA smog AS-IS. If you wanted to take this to the next level and tune it, this particular 911 is the perfect starting point. The Fabspeed high-flow cats are included in sale.
