Description

[[*Carefully considering all offers*] Up for sale is a 1987 BMW 325is (E30) Pros: Highly original Has been taken care of and garaged. Runs great/well maintained The original paint is in good shape Many upgrades (while staying true to the original design and aesthetic) Work done since 2021: Z3 Steering Rack Installed - 2022 Blaupunkt stereo (made to look of the era, even with the sweet '80s amber lights! Bluetooth. Does not look like a cheeseball modern stereo.) - 2022 Electric Power Steering motor with adjustable assist (epowersteering.com) Reupholstered front sport seats (completed by BimmerSeat.com in 2024) CA Tuned Coil Over shocks (also adjustable for height and ride feel) (CA Tuned) - 2022 Poly motor and transmission mounts (by CA Tuned) - 2022 Steel brake lines installed (CA Tuned, Sacramento) - 2022 Rebuilt ECU (installed by EU Tech in Sacramento) - 2022 Timing belt replaced - 2022 Thermostat replaced -2022 Water pump replaced - 2022 New spark plugs - 2022 New Bosch fuel injectors - 2022 New OEM PCV Valve - 2022 New Catalytic Converter to meet CA standards (installed by Shatz & Krum, Sacramento) - 2022 Alpina Style Wheels 17" (full sized spare that is the same as the other 4) - 2023 New OEM master & slave clutch cylinders replaced - 2023 Brand new Wavetrac rear differential unit (installed by CA Tuned, Sacramento) -2025 Rebuilt axles (installed by CA Tuned, Sacramento) - 2025 New oil pan gasket Recent valve adjustment Regular oil changes with OEM filter and Motul 15/50 semi-synthetic (highly recommended by the best shops who know E30s well) Several spare parts and tools including: Taifun Square headlight grille Low-profile floor jack (purchased in 2022) 4 ramps ...among many others. Cons: Some small spots in the paint job; it is not showroom quality, but the paint is in great condition for the car's age.(will update soon with images). One of the fog lights is cracked, still functional. Small hole in one of the taillight covers (will update soon with images) Windshield trim is discolored (no leaks though, just spots from age) The rear seat does show signs of it's age; no tears, however. The glovebox light has been removed. The glovebox latch is slightly finicky. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to close the glovebox, so I tend to avoid using it. It most likely needs an adjustment. 2 small dings in the windshield. They have not progressed in the 4 years I've own the car. I will consider your offer. Come take a test drive.
