[2004 Honda Civic 152,00 miles Bought it new. The issues you see on the front passenger side fender was caused by my EX! Vehicle was always maintained with proper oil changes with Mobil 1 and every 12 month transmission fluid changed (Honda Approved) 1,Power Windows 2, Power Brakes 3, Air Conditioning 4,Power Sun Roof EX Model is loaded This was my Daley driver to work until last week, does not start?? Motor turns over, Battery is two years old. It will have to be towed and "YES, SMOG HAS BEEN DONE FOR THIS YEAR, However did not renew tags due to vehicle not starting.
