2012 Honda odyssey ex-l with nav

[Selling my 2012 Honda Odyssey because I upgraded to a newer one. The car is in excellent condition and has no mechanical issues. Recently serviced with engine oil and filter, spark plugs, transmission fluid, and air filter replaced. The car drives very smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. It has upgraded custom wheels, which give the van a great look (in my opinion). The front tires are brand new, and the rear tires are about 80%. The vehicle has an excellent maintenance history. The timing belt and water pump were replaced 30k miles ago at a Honda dealership. I’ve attached some Carfax records as proof. All electronics inside the van work properly. It features power sliding doors and a power tailgate, and the A/C blows cold. The car just passed smog, and the title is in my name and ready for transfer. Price is firm. No offers
