[1997 Chevy S-10 Blazer Sport – Clean, Solid, Well Maintained This is a really clean, well-kept ’97 Blazer Sport that’s in impressive condition for its age. The body and interior show very well overall. The only cosmetic issue is some light oxidation on the hood — otherwise it presents great and turns heads for a classic SUV. I’ve invested approximately $15,000 in recent repairs and maintenance, including: • Fixed oil leaks • Fixed transmission fluid leaks • Rebuilt transmission • General mechanical sorting and upkeep Mechanically it runs strong and drives well. Notes (full transparency): • A/C likely has a small refrigerant leak behind the dash — blows cold for a while, then fades • 4WD shifter is stiff — it has engaged before, but I haven’t forced it to avoid damaging the transfer case • Odometer shows ~200k miles, but based on the previous owner’s service log, it appears the odometer may have rolled over at some point. Actual mileage is likely higher This Blazer would make a great daily driver, project, or restomod candidate. I originally planned a small-block swap because the truck is so clean, but California smog rules changed those plans.
