2010 Toyota Rav4 Limited V6 With Rare 4 Wheel Drive

[Selling a 2010 Limited Edition Rav4 4WD with the highly reliable 2GR-FE, a racing engine family in very good condition. This kind of engine could be found in a Lotus Evora and some high end Lexus cars and SUV. This is a very well maintained SUV mechanically, bought (65,000 miles ago) from the original mechanic owner who meticulously maintained it himself since he also owned an import auto repair shop in North County. The 65,000 miles that we added during our ownership are all easy freeway miles, round trip driving to Washington state (about a dozen times) and a handful of Bay area trips. We do not really use this for short city driving or errand trips, we have a dedicated car for that. New filter and synthetic oil every 5,000 miles or less, drained and refill transmission about 30,000 miles ago, new brakes and rotors all around about 12,000 miles ago. And of course, new air filter every 15,000 miles, coolant was flushed and refilled once, brake fluid has been flushed and refilled too, all done by me as an experienced garage mechanic owner and car enthusiast. About 80% thread left on the Michelin tires and suspension maintenance has been done by the previous owner before selling it to us. Suspension is in great condition, no rattle or loose joint, ride is tight as new, engine is strong and a good candidate for the half a million miles goal. Frankly, I am confident to drive it round trip to Washington anytime because it was prep for that..... Interior has some normal signs of wear, especially on the driver seat. Some normal parking lot dings but the biggest drawback are the peeling clearcoat on the hood and top. All original paint not repainted or repaired, all VIN tags are present on coresponding panels and doors, a good assurance that it never got into a structure altering accident.
