[2012 VW GTI 2.0 Turbo Manual Transmission Front wheel drive 4 door hatchback Black leather seats, no tears Seat warmers Moon roof- electric, no leaks Power windows, 1 button broken Bluetooth, loud speakers Custom sun visor Tinted windows Rubber floor mats Storage nets in trunk Updates: Tires 4 new, brakes October 2025 Transmission replaced at 155,000 miles in 2025 Clutch replaced 2024 Shifter replaced 2024 previous owner put in a stupid short shift kit that ruined the linkage- fully restored and shifts great now, no issues getting into reverse. Windshield replaced 2022 after a pinecone fell on it in tahoe and cracked it. Small dent in roof from second pinecone (same incident) Airbag recall addressed in 2023 4 new motor mounts 2020 Details: 180,000 miles but a lot of life to go Well maintained- owned for 5 years, used as commuter for last three years from sf-san jose 3x per week. 3- 4x/year oil changes maintained Turbo engine is super fun to drive, but does burn oil so frequent oil changes- euro- full synthetic and premium gas has kept this gar in great shape. This car is fast, fun and in great condition considering the age. Rims are banged up from city driving/parking, limited rust above the windshield (see last photo) but has been there before I owned it and it hasn’t gotten worse. Trunk is huge and can fit 2 bicycles inside when the back seats are folded down! Maintained at Tech Center Motors in San Bruno. Car sold as is.
