[Own a piece of history! Originally built as SF's first pizza truck back in 2012. Yes, we built this rig way before the weirdness of Del Popolo showed up. This truck was used just 5 years from 2012-2017 before the business moved full-time to brick and mortar. Originally built from scratch by El Monte Trucks in San Jose at a cost of $90k. Now need to unload this to a new generation of pizza entrepreneur - we have chosen to only operate as restaurant. Truck kitchen needs some work, hasn't really been used in 7 years. Quite a bit of rust on the oven burners. The fridges may still work. Plumbing needs to be cleaned out. Electrical may need work. Overall, the kitchen needs some love. Truck itself is very mechanically solid with only 50k miles on the original engine, always starts. See video below for small body damage issues. Will need new tires, oil change, and mechanical inspection before you go live. The truck does need a generator, it was stolen years back. If you'd like to test any of the appliances we can plug into a nearby outlet at the storage lot, crossing fingers. The pizza truck is a dream for anyone looking to get in on the ground floor or the mobile pizza biz. The Bay Area is lacking to say the least in solid, if any, mobile pizza options.
