Toyota Pickup 1987 22R 5 Speed Manual

[Up for sale is 1987 toyota pickup 22R with 5 speed manual transmission. It is in excellent running condition, original clean interior. Within the last year or two I have done the following. New original carburator, brakes all around, tires, including spare tire, clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder with push rod, brake master cylinder, rear drum brake wheel cylinder + all seals and bearings. All fluids got replaced, Spark Plugs , wires and rotor cap. Most recently I replaced all 4 shocks with Monroe shocks, it needed 1 bolt joint but I replaced all 4. A/C and heater in working condition, al switches and lights are working properly, the paint is faded. Also just did an oil change with K & N oil filter and fuel filter. One thing it needs is the calibration of the speedometer, as is running 5 miles below, so if the speedometer shows you are going 50 mph you actually going 45 mph. $8500 there's room for negotiation but not a whole lot.
