[If you are looking for a single owner, super safe, no accident vehicle, all maintained (all service records provided) toward Acura standards by a Mom, then this may be the SUV with lots of extras that you have been looking for: This Acura is in awesome shape and the 2007 - 2009 series are considered some of the most reliable of this model. This Acura has been lovingly owned by one owner (my wife) and we have carefully maintained it completely to Acura standards. All maintenance receipts are included (I mean everything). The car is accident free. Tires are in decent shape, but you will need to buy some new ones within about 5000 - 10,000 miles (I have discounted the price to account for some future tire expense). This is great safe car for a student or for a get around car for a parent who has a lot of kid taxi drop-offs. If you treat the car well and maintain it there is no reason that you could not get another 100,000 miles on it. I have friends who have their Acura's/Honda engines well above 275,000 miles and our retired Acura mechanic sees them running above that all the time. Front passenger seat original upholstery has worn out and we have covered with some matching high end covers. One of two front ventilation mixer motors under the dashboard is wearing out - Look up Acura Blend Door Motor on the Internet - (When it begins to fail it can effect how to adjust the temperature on from that duct). Example: You might not be able to get hot air, or you might not be able to get AC. You will still get hot or cold air in the front as one motor will still be working for one passenger, but the other will be stuck on AC or Hot (based on the when the mixer motor door fails and where it dies on hot or cold). Think water faucet and two handles (one hot and one cold to get warm you need to adjust both handles to get warm. If one failed you would only get Hot or Cold, not both just the one that did not fil. Fortunately, the system still works and the first symptom is that there will be some very unique clicking noise from the unit and it will need to be replaced in the future, which is where we are now. The solution is to identify which of the two mixer motors is failing and replace the motor. Estimated cost to repair ~$500 ). We have adjusted the sale price of the car to consider this. The CD Player does not work. It is jammed and we have chosen to do without.
