Subaru Outback AWD - 5 Speed Stick Shift

[2004 Subaru Outback Wagon with AWD and 5 speed manual transmission. 4 cylinder 2.5L SOHC Engine. Runs well and shifts smoothly. The body and paint and interior are good shape. The engine has had regular oil changes and routine maintenance. Recent clutch job. Transmission and differential serviced and seals replaced. Engine had a valve by a Subaru dealership at ~132k miles and still runs strong. No fluid leaks or major issue that we know of. The car had a complete clutch job done about 4K miles ago. The car passed Smog and comes with a valid certificate for easy registration. All the lights, instruments and controls are functional with the exception of the radio. The car just had brand new mud and snow rated radials installed and a brakes safety inspection. The AC does not blow cold and will need servicing at the least.
