[Hello, I'm selling my 2004 Chevy Astro AWD Van. 196,108 miles. The van is currently registered, smogged, clean title, with no known issues. I am the third owner, it was originally a government vehicle and spent it's life in Portland and Seattle before I purchased it and it's been in the Bay Area while I've owned it. I got a brand new battery and catalytic converter for the van when I purchased it, as well as new windshield wipers and other small upgrades. Have had regular oil changes. I have pretty much every maintenance record the van has ever had and recently had the van fully inspected, once when I purchased it and again about 2 months ago before I left for more travels. Partial build out inside. I re-did the floor when I got it, it's foam board and laminate flooring on top, screwed down and trimmed. We built boxes out of redwood around the wheel wells. It provides a small amount of space for storing tools inside the boxes if needed. My plan was to find a piece of longer wood to go over the two boxes on a hinge to double as a shelf and lid on the left side of the vehicle but haven't found a piece I like yet. I painted the van yellow inside, I was going to add honeycomb art around the van. There is also a ceiling built in, with a fan/skylight that opens up for fresh air. The van has some chords tucked into the wall and coming out in the corner, which can be plugged into a portable battery for charging computers, electricity, etc. I'm selling because I live half the year in Hawaii and haven't been in California much. The van has been great for camping adventures when I come to town, but it's mostly just been at my aunts house and just driven once a week for maintenance. I'm going to Europe in the spring for some schooling, so sadly I've decided to let go of the van and wait to get one when I am more settled. No A/C, but heater works. Bluetooth stereo.
