1999 BMW Convertible 323i

[I am selling my mom's 1999 BMW 323i convertible black on black. The car has been in our family since new. Car is in amazing shape especially since its been garaged most of its life. Car runs perfect and always maintained at a credible family owned German auto service. All services are up to date. Recent work: New rear window, new tint, new brakes and rotors, oil change and filter, new radiator, new window regulator in drivers front and passenger rear side, new pioneer bluetooth stereo, new drive belts, changed all fluids, new control arms and bushings, alignment, AC flush and service (runs cold), new oxygen sensor, new electric window door stikers passenger and driver, etc. I have most of the receipts. Over $7,545 in receipts over the last 2ish years. I have been driving it on the wknds since we acquired it from my mom. I didn't plan to sell because it has sentimental value and a fun car but its time. Comes with two OEM key fobs. Title in hand. Registration and insurance up to date. Negatives: small rip in passenger seat (see pic), glove box doesn't open and convertible top challenging to open and close so we leave it up.
