2012 Ford Explorer 2nd owner, low miles clean title

[2012 Ford Explorer for sale by owner with 124k miles. 2nd owner, owed since 2022. Always serviced every 5-7k miles. Mechanically in excellent condition. Drives great with no issues. Brand new tires, brakes are good. No lights on the dash besides an air bag light Cosmetically well cared for. There’s a little paint peeling on the driver rear quarter panel and some light scratches on the front bumper (shown in photos), but other than that and a couple minor dents the car is cosmetically great. Registration paid through September 2026. Smog passed for sale. Needs nothing, ready for a new home! Only selling because we wanted a new ford explorer.
