2022 F150 STX EcoBoost 4x4 / OE+ / Tastefully Upgraded

[Very clean truck, turn-key. Selling because I'm eventually looking to tow and plan on getting a diesel... No Trades. I'm in no rush to sell and will have to pay off the loan to obtain the title, which I will do in the event of a certain sale (I have the funds). This is my daily so the miles will creep up a few hundred miles weekly. 2022 but I bought it new in May of '23 from Folsom Lake Ford. Clean title, garage kept, single owner, non-smoker, regularly maintained. Engine: 3.5 v6 twin turbo EcoBoost, gasoline (I only use premium) Drivetrain: 4wd UPGRADES: Livernois 91-93 custom tune (3 tunes to select from: performance, tow, or stock) Livernois Performance Intercooler AFE 54-13061R cold air intake Flowmaster FlowFx side dump custom exhaust 2" front spacer leveling kit BRAND NEW Wrangler Duratrac RT tires 275/70/18 (~33.1" diameter x ~ x11" wide). These do not rub at all. I also Line-X'd the bed, added TAC side steps, and fake leather seat covers The power gain is noticeable but not overwhelming. I've never had it on the dyno but based on Livernois/AFE I'd estimate over 500hp at the crank. I have kept the truck OE+, nothing flashy or risky. The upgrades I have done were extensively researched and I'm under the impression that they pose no risk or harm to the vehicle (Livernois even offers warranties). I conservatively filled out the KBB and private party is up to $36,500, that doesn't consider any of the upgrades, so please do not waste my time if you're not a serious buyer at the listed price ($36,000 is my last price, not here to haggle).
