2007 Subaru Forester LL Bean Edition

[2007 Subaru Forester LL Bean edition with 172,670 miles. This car runs and drives great, but it has a bit of a story. This car was purchased from a temporary employee of a ski resort a couple of years ago. When it was purchased, it had a new catalytic converter installed, however it turned out that the new catalytic converter was not California compliant, so although the emissions are fine, we have been unable to register the car in California. Because of this issue, California has also not released the new title in my name, and the previous owner is long gone, so there is a bit of a funny title situation. The car must be sold via a Bill of Sale (which will be accompanied by the old title), and must be sold to someone registering the car out of state (likely Nevada).
