2006 Honda Civic hybrid needs transmission

[Clean title. Engine and IMA system run great. Tons of service records from the dealer. The problem: once the car gets hot after a while of driving the transmission will get worse and worse until it stops working and the car will not move in drive or reverse. Needs front tires and some damage on right rear as see in photos. I can tow it for free with AAA. Or you can drive it home as long as you don’t live too far (maybe Fairfield/Concord) $1500 or best offer.
