Very Well Maintained 2022 Subaru WRX GT (Top Trim) - One Owner - Clean

[Up for sale is my religiously maintained and clean 2022 Subaru WRX GT (top trim) in Sapphire Blue. I custom ordered and built this car to this specification. This car needs nothing and is ready to drive. Still under Subaru powertrain warranty Clean title in hand, no lien. Clean CarFax. No modifications. Never tuned. Purchased brand new, first owner. I changed the first oil at 1,000 miles for break-in, 5,000 miles, and every 5,000 miles after for reliability which is earlier than the 2022 WRX maintenance schedule. I also did the automatic transmission fluid and both differential fluids at 30,000 miles for long term reliability. All maintenance records in hand. Mechanically flawless. Never had any issues or breakdowns with the car. Never tracked or auto-crossed. This WRX is the GT, so it is the fully loaded top trim with having the Recaro heated performance seats, adaptive/adjustable electronic ZF suspension, Alcantara dash, Harman-Kardon stereo, Eyesight adaptive cruise which works amazing, and automatic Subaru Performance transmission with transmission cooler. Additional Subaru options in my build: -OEM all-weather rubber floor liners. I’ll include the regular carpet matts which are still sealed and brand new in plastic. -OEM illuminated WRX side sill plates I also have: -Xpel Ceramic Tint on all windows, including windshield with lifetime warranty. Helps amazingly in blocking heat. (5% all windows, 30% windshield) -Michelin PS4S tires 54,493 highway miles, primarily between North County to San Diego Interior is clean, no rips or smells Reason for selling is because I was promoted at my job to a fully-remote position, so I don’t need the car to commute in anymore.
